The home combines glass and steel architecture with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass walls opening onto the pool deck. The double-height great room has multiple seating areas, with an upstairs lounge and a media/home-theater lounge providing additional gathering spaces. A floating staircase connects the levels.
The kitchen has premium appliances, a waterfall island, a glass-enclosed wine display and connections to indoor and outdoor dining areas. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker and grinder, blender, food processor, rice cooker, toaster oven, ice machine and wine fridge. All bedrooms and the kitchen have dropdown flat-screen TVs.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and ocean and garden views. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and garden and partial water views. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed in a detached pool house suite. Each bedroom has central air conditioning, blackout drapes and space for a crib or Pack and Play. A full-size futon provides additional sleeping furniture.
Outdoor spaces include an ocean-facing infinity-edge pool, a separate lap pool, lounge chairs, covered seating, a full outdoor kitchen, BBQ, lawn, private yard, lanai/balcony and outdoor shower. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, garage, parking space, EV charger, fireplace, heating, private entrance and security cameras. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
