House rules
No smoking. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken; cats are not allowed. The standard pet limit is two, with no weight limit for dogs. For 2026, up to two extra pets may be brought for $250 each plus tax per week. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays.
Getting there
The home is semi-oceanfront at the end of a cul-de-sac. White’s Point Access is the beach access, directly across the street from the driveway. Parking is limited to nine vehicles.
