- Two pets are allowed under the standard limit. Dogs have no weight limit; cats are not allowed. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. For 2026, up to two additional pets are allowed for an optional fee of $250 each plus tax per week.

- Equipped kitchen with two ranges/ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two microwaves and pantry; blender, drip and pod coffee makers, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware. A kitchenette is also on the lower level.
- Washing machine
- Washer and dryer in the lower-level laundry area.
Pool
Private poolPrivate outdoor pool with poolside cabana, outdoor TV and pool alarm. Pool size is advertised as 16x30. Open April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. A hot tub is also available.
