The property is offered as a 30-day monthly rental. Full-month occupancy is not required, but the full monthly charge applies regardless of nights stayed, with no prorating. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Beach equipment rentals incur an additional charge. Self check-in and check-out are available.
Getting there
Private ocean access leads to the Portlock tide pools from the shoreline sand terrace. The downstairs primary suite has a split-level layout. The property is currently for sale, and the property manager may coordinate showings at a convenient time.
