The house

The grand room has 25-foot ceilings, an indoor waterfall and pocketing glass doors opening to the pool courtyard and ocean-facing yard. There are formal and outdoor dining areas, a separate TV room and an upstairs sitting room.

The open kitchen includes a breakfast nook, wine fridge, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, mixer, ice machine and cooking utensils. A barbecue is available.

Three suites have ocean views. The upstairs primary suite has an attached office with a desk and queen sofa-sleeper, a private lanai and a California king bed. The second upstairs primary suite has a king bed, lounge area and private lanai. The upstairs guest bedroom has a king bed. The downstairs primary suite has a king bed, a split-level layout, fitness equipment and lanai access. All four bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms.

The private infinity-edge pool and hot tub face the ocean, with loungers and outdoor seating around the courtyard. A sand terrace with two chaise lounges sits above the shoreline and provides private ocean access to the Portlock tide pools. The property also has a private yard, outdoor shower, beach towels, chairs and mats. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

A washer, dryer, linens, hair dryer and iron are available, along with television, satellite or cable TV and a stereo. Security cameras are present. Hanauma Bay is nearby for snorkeling; Hawaii Kai Town Center and Koko Marina offer dining, shopping and water activities. Honolulu and HNL are a drive away.
