The house

This renovated home occupies a private lot bordering a protected nature reserve, with an acre of grounds, a landscaped yard and abundant natural light. The double-height living room connects to an open kitchen and a breakfast/dining area with a built-in bench. A separate family room overlooks the yard and opens to patio dining.

Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the main floor. The second-floor primary bedroom has an ensuite shower bathroom. The finished lower level includes a media room, playroom, enclosed additional sleeping area and a full bathroom. The main-floor and lower-level bathrooms have shower/tub combinations. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, two queen beds, a crib and a lower-level sofa bed.

An expansive deck with a built-in pergola overlooks the private heated pool, which has an automatic electric cover, and an Italian-tile patio. The backyard is fenced. Facilities include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a kitchen with microwave, washer and dryer, outdoor grill, fitness equipment, bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment. TVs are in Bedroom 1 and the additional sleeping area. There is no hot tub.

Water access is a short walk down the street, suitable for bringing a paddleboard or kayak. The home is close to town. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
