House rules

Reservations require approval before confirmation. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Maximum occupancy is 13; additional persons require express approval and may incur a $150.00 per-person, per-night fee. Events require express approval and may incur a $55.00 event fee. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. One hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog of 15 lbs or less is permitted for $95.00 per booking; other pets, multiple dogs, larger dogs and shedding or non-hypoallergenic dogs require express approval. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $125.00 per night of the reservation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. The owner may show the home to prospective renters or buyers, providing advance notice and making efforts to schedule reasonable daytime showings.

Getting there

The home is a short distance from the beach and near bus and train stations. The property is not handicap accessible. Bedrooms are distributed across the main floor, second floor and lower level. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool, outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
