The house

The approximately 6,300-square-foot home has a double-height entryway and an open layout connecting the living room, dining room and equipped island kitchen. Multiple sitting areas, dens and an office provide additional space. The finished lower level includes a media room, a sitting area with a fireplace, a shuffleboard table and direct access to the pool area. A children's game room and fitness equipment, including a treadmill, weights and yoga mat, are available.

Four bedrooms are on the second floor, one is on the lower level and one is on the main floor. All six bedrooms have air conditioning; five have full ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, walk-in closet, cable and streaming TV, and a balcony/deck. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a twin bed, plus streaming TV. The remaining bedrooms each have a queen bed. Six full bathrooms include showers, a separate tub in the second-floor Bathroom 2, and shower/tub combinations in Bathroom 4 and the lower-level Bathroom 6. The lower-level bathroom has a Jack-and-Jill arrangement.

Outdoor features include an upper-level deck overlooking the pool, a gas barbecue, patio seating, a poolside hammock, a fenced backyard and a gas fire pit. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, bicycles, kayak/canoe equipment and tennis equipment are available; the tennis court is communal. There is also a basketball court. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, heating, a washer and dryer, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The home is a short distance from the beach and near restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and bus and train stations. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
