The house

This recently updated home sits on a private block, minutes from East Hampton village, Sag Harbor and Amagansett. Approximately 2,900 square feet of space includes an open floor plan, multiple sitting and dining areas, expansive glass windows and a vaulted living-room ceiling. The living room has a fireplace and SONOS speakers, and the kitchen includes appliances, a microwave and coffee maker. A dedicated work-from-home space, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer are provided.

The deck and patio have outdoor dining furniture, a gas barbecue, outdoor speakers and multiple seating areas. A private saltwater pool, balcony and gas fire pit provide additional outdoor space. Free parking is available. The finished lower level has an additional living area, movie projector, full bar and electric fireplace.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, streaming TV, closet and balcony/deck. Two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning, closet and balcony/deck. Linens and bath and pool/beach towels are provided. There are three full bathrooms with showers—on the main floor, second floor and lower level—and a separate main-floor half bathroom.

Restaurants, shops and galleries in East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Amagansett are a short drive away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
