The house

North Fork Chic accommodates up to eight guests. Landscaped grounds surround a private, fully fenced heated pool, with sunny and shaded lounge areas, shaded outdoor dining, a gas grill, and on-site parking.

The main floor has multiple living spaces, a sitting room, a movie den with a sectional, and a formal dining room seating eight. The equipped kitchen includes appliances, generous counter space, and a microwave. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, dedicated work-from-home nooks, and a washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board are provided.

All four bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms have a queen bed, a king bed, and a bunk bed plus a twin bed respectively. All bedrooms have air conditioning; the king guest room and bunk room also have closets. The guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A half bathroom is on the main floor.

Horton Lane Beach is nearby. A short walk down Peconic Lane leads to a community park with tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, and open green space. Pool use and outdoor equipment are subject to seasonal availability.
