The house

The home has multiple living spaces: an upstairs lounge seating seven and a downstairs lounge seating four, with free-to-air and streaming TV. Upstairs and downstairs dining areas seat nine and six respectively. Two kitchen areas provide cooking facilities, utensils and appliances. The downstairs kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and electric stovetop, and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. The four bathrooms across the home include showers, toilets and bathtubs.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, with air conditioning and heating in bedrooms and living areas. Towels, hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup, a hairdryer and selected travel essentials are provided, along with a small welcome amenity pack.

A dedicated games room has a pool table. Other facilities include table tennis, a basketball net, a study area with a desk, chair and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fireplace and laundry facilities with a washer and dryer. Outside are a private garden with sun loungers and seating, a balcony with outdoor dining, and barbecue facilities. There is a private entrance and free driveway parking for up to three cars. The garden spa is not available for guest use.

The home is suitable for children aged 2–12, and long-term stays are allowed. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher are provided. The surrounding suburban vegetation means insects, including spiders and cockroaches, may occasionally be encountered throughout the year.
