The house

The home has 2,500 square feet of living space and accommodates up to eight guests. Its open-plan main level has hardwood floors, a dining area, large windows overlooking the wooded surroundings, a sectional sofa and foosball. A kitchen island has three bar stools, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table or outside on the deck.

The deck has a shaded patio table and gas grill. Outdoor facilities include a hammock, outdoor shower, private hot tub and fenced seasonal inground pool. The downstairs bonus room has two sofas, a ping-pong table, dartboard, laundry machines and workout equipment. A fireplace, microwave, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and hair dryer are also provided.

The main-floor master bedroom has a king bed and full ensuite bathroom. The second main-floor bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs, the third bedroom has a king bed, and the fourth has a queen bed and one bunk bed. Three full bathrooms each have a shower and tub; the outdoor shower is separately identified.

The beach is within walking distance, and town is a 10-minute drive away. East Hampton Main Beach is 6.6 miles away, and Sag Harbor Golf Course is just under half an hour away. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
