Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Children are welcome. Guests may not access the kitchen, except for the limited infant- and child-meal provision described above. One extra mattress can be arranged onsite. Day events may use the garden or lawn; a small stage, stall or tent may be erected depending on the event. CCTV monitors the living room, common areas and outside sections, but not private bedrooms or bathrooms.

The suite is in Mukteshwar. The property has mountain, valley and sunset views, but no specific access route or distance is provided.
