Is the villa suitable for a day picnic?
Yes. The home has a garden or lawn within the premises for outdoor picnic activities. Meals can be provided onsite at an additional charge. The maximum overnight capacity is 6 people. Day guests may use the washrooms and other villa amenities, and indoor games are available. Depending on the event, a small stage, stall or tent may be erected.
Is outside food allowed, and can guests cook?
Guests may not access the kitchen. Mothers of infants or small children have limited access to boil milk or prepare their children's meals. The caretaker can help with menus from nearby restaurants if guests order in.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 1:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. Check-out is strict. Early check-in or late check-out may be available with advance notice and additional charges.
How many extra mattresses are available?
One extra mattress can be arranged onsite, with bed sheets, blankets and pillows provided.
Are the premises monitored by CCTV?
Yes. CCTV cameras are installed in the living room, common areas and outside sections. Private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.
