Family friendly and pet friendly; contact the host if bringing more than one pet. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Parties and events, smoking and commercial photography are allowed. Guests must use their own accounts for Netflix and other streaming apps.
Getting there
Five flights of stairs are required to reach the apartment. The foreshore is a short walk away; a fifty-metre swimming pool and a deep-water swimming beach are across the road. Nearby water is a safety consideration. Free-to-air TV reception through the antenna is currently unavailable; channels remain accessible through the Smart TV.
