The house

The penthouse-style apartment has an open, airy living area connected to the dining area, with air conditioning and ceiling fans. A private balcony with outdoor seating overlooks Nightcliff and the sea towards Casuarina Beach. The equipped kitchen has generous preparation space, a microwave and a coffee maker; a supermarket is one block away.

Both bedrooms are near the entrance and each has a queen bed and storage. A centrally located bathroom has a separate toilet. There is a study nook, Wi-Fi, a full laundry with washer and dryer, a dedicated carport space and free street parking. Heating, a hair dryer and a private entrance are also provided.

The foreshore is a short walk away. Across the road are a fifty-metre swimming pool and a deep-water swimming beach. Foreshore Café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and food vans gather by the waterfront in the evening.

Access to the apartment is by five flights of stairs only. Free-to-air TV reception through the antenna is currently unavailable, but channels can be accessed through the Smart TV. Netflix and other streaming apps require guests to sign in with their own accounts.
