The house

The 2,500-square-foot house has a screened-in front porch, hardwood flooring and five bedrooms sleeping up to nine guests. The bedrooms have dressers, gauze curtains and minimalist artwork; the primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The sleeping configuration is one queen, one king, one twin/single and two double/full beds. Bathroom facilities comprise three full bathrooms, one half bathroom and an outdoor shower.

The fully equipped country kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a butcher-block island, stone tiles and an eat-in area with a long wooden table beneath exposed beams. There is also a separate dining room. Two parlor living spaces have slip-covered couches, with a flat-screen TV and books in one. The pool house provides another gathering space with wood paneling, exposed beams, a flat-screen TV, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

The landscaped private backyard contains a private heated gunite pool and outdoor dining beneath a vine-covered pergola. A patio and outdoor grill are available. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board.

Transportation, Bridgehampton shops, restaurants and galleries, including the Dan Flavin Art Institute, are within walking distance. Nearby beaches are a short drive away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
