House rules
No smoking. Check-in and checkout are on Sundays. Each guest needs a wristband to use community amenities; 12 wristbands are provided. Up to two dogs are permitted with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. In 2026, one extra pet is allowed for $150 plus tax per week. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended. Children must not play in or around the elevator or stand between the gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway. Do not operate the elevator if its gate or door locking system is faulty, or if it makes unusual sounds or rides abnormally.
Getting there
The beach is a short walk away via Franklyn St. South Access. The oceanfront community complex is steps away. Restaurants, bars and shopping are within walking distance in Corolla Light; the 4x4 beaches are just over one mile away. Parking is limited to five vehicles. The elevator's dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and steps or thresholds may be required for access. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway.
