Private gated outdoor pool; published size 12x25. Seasonal opening: April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. Optional heating is unavailable in July and August. Heating costs $450 plus tax per week in 2026 and $350 plus tax per week in 2027. Community indoor and outdoor pools are separate shared facilities requiring wristbands.
