The home has open-plan living, a lounge with Smart TV, DVD player and stereo with CDs, and an adjoining sunroom with books. A fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, kettle and toaster. Outside are a garden, private terrace, patio, BBQ and large outdoor dining table. Heating, linen, an iron and a smoke alarm are provided. The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and vanity. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome; longer stays are allowed.
