House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Stays are for private residential use unless otherwise agreed and may accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Peak-period stays may be subject to forced move-in days under the booking terms.
Getting there
A maximum of eight guests may stay, including no more than six adults. Lorne Beach is 210 m away, and Lorne main street is within walking distance. Off-street parking accommodates two vehicles.
