House rules
No smoking, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 25. After booking confirmation, guests must complete a pre-check-in form to confirm identity and booking details and provide an official photographic identification document. Children and infants are welcome. Cancellations at least 5 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than 5 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the sixth floor with an elevator. The Eiffel Tower is a short walk away.
