It is compact and well organised, making it easy to cook comfortably whether you are putting together a quick breakfast or something more involved. BEDROOMS The main bedroom is striking, with a bold tangerine accent wall that gives the space a playful, unexpected twist. It offers a plush double bed and a direct access to its own en-suite bathroom, a real luxury for privacy and convenience.

The second bedroom doubles as a TV room, fitted with a single sofa bed that folds out for an additional guest. BATHROOMS The main bathroom features a bathtub, a shower with dark tiling, a wash basin, and a toilet, spacious enough for comfortable morning routines. The en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom is compact and modern, with a shower, a wash basin and a toilet offering the convenience of a private space for the main bedroom guests. WE LOVE We love the cute little balcony, just big enough for a colourful table and chairs, where you can sit with a glass of wine and take in a broad, sweeping view over Parisian rooftops.

It is the kind of spot that makes you feel like you are living in a film, watching the city stretch out beneath the sky while the Eiffel Tower stands just a short walk away.
