Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not permitted. A copy of every guest’s identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

Two bedrooms are upstairs. Cala de Son Moll in Cala Ratjada is 11 km away. Golf de Capdepera is 5.1 km away, and the Artà bus stop is 400 metres away.
