The house

The courtyard has a private chlorine pool measuring 4 × 2 metres, with depths from 0.9 to 1.4 metres, a barbecue and two sun loungers. It connects directly to an air-conditioned open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave and coffee maker. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, and the sitting area has sofas and a TV. A cot is available.

Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms has two single beds. Two bedrooms are on the main floor and share a shower bathroom. The other two are upstairs, each with an en-suite shower bathroom; one also opens directly onto a terrace overlooking the village streets. Three bedrooms have closets and one has a dressing room. One radiator is provided.

The house is in a peaceful, central part of Artà near public services, shops and restaurants. Cala de Son Moll in Cala Ratjada is 11 km away, and Golf de Capdepera is 5.1 km away. The Artà bus stop is 400 metres away; Estació de Manacor is 22.3 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 68.9 km away, Port d’Alcudia ferry port is 34.7 km away and Hospital Comarcal de Manacor is 21.3 km away.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations, events, pets and smoking are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
