Events are prohibited. Pets are welcome. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00; arrivals after 22:00 incur a 50-euro surcharge payable at the accommodation. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

The house is arranged over three floors, with a staircase to the first floor. Campos is 4.7 km away and Es Trenc beach is 13.5 km away. Exterior parking accommodates eight cars.
