The house

The house occupies three floors on a fenced plot with privacy. Outdoors, a private chlorine pool measures 20 × 10 m and ranges from 0.5 to 3 m deep. A terrace has 11 sun loungers, and a porch provides tables and chairs for outdoor meals and barbecues.

The ground floor has a large living room with satellite TV, CD and DVD players, a dining room and a kitchen with a ceramic hob. The adjoining laundry area contains two washing machines, two dryers, an iron and an ironing board. There are two ground-floor bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, plus two bathrooms with bathtubs. A second sitting room is beside the staircase to the first floor.

The first floor has three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms: two with showers and one with a bathtub. The top floor has a shower bathroom and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and two single beds, and another with two single beds and a trundle bed. Two cots and two high chairs are available. The main living room, dining room and six bedrooms have air conditioning. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for eight cars are available.

Campos is 4.7 km away and has supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Its fruit and vegetable market takes place on Thursdays, with a general street market on Saturdays. Es Trenc beach is 13.5 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 38 km away, Vall d'Or golf course is 25.2 km away, Manacor train station is 45 km away, the Avinguda Nicolau Oliver Fullana bus stop is 4 km away, Palma ferry port is 44.8 km away and Manacor hospital is 30.1 km away.

Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00. Later arrivals incur a 50-euro surcharge payable at the accommodation. Pets are welcome; events are prohibited. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
