The house

The European-style villa has water views from every room, a great room with a stone fireplace, spacious living and dining areas, a gourmet kitchen and a finished lower level with guest quarters. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware.

Outdoor facilities include a large deck, patio furniture, six lounge chairs, a gas grill, kayak/canoe, a fenced backyard, a private heated waterside pool and a hot tub. Indoor facilities include heating, a gas-burning fireplace, a steam room, a Bluetooth speaker, laundry facilities, linens and bath and pool/beach towels.

The first-floor sleeping rooms include two king rooms and one queen room; two further king rooms are upstairs. The first-floor queen room has an ensuite bathroom. Air conditioning is explicitly identified in the first four room descriptions. All five named sleeping rooms have closets and televisions; the first has cable and streaming service.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
