The house

The renovated home offers over 2,900 square feet of living space. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, high ceilings and skylights, and connects to a separate dining room. A furnished stone patio provides outdoor dining space. The kitchen includes a gas stove, stainless steel appliances and a microwave. Additional spaces include several sitting areas, a sunroom with a fireplace, a reading nook and an exercise room. A grand piano and Echo sound system are available.

Two main-floor bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms: one has a king bed and TV, and the other has a queen bed. Two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and closet. There are four full bathrooms and a main-floor half bathroom; bathing facilities include showers, a soaking tub and a shower/tub combination. A washer and dryer are upstairs. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided, along with heating and hot water.

The landscaped grounds include a private heated gunite pool, a stone patio, a gas grill, a wood-burning fire pit and four lounge chairs. Nature trails surround the property, and Monument Mountain offers hiking nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
