Mountain Ridge Retreat at Silver Lake accommodates up to 12 guests in a 2,510-square-foot townhouse. Two bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom; the third bedroom has two queen bunk beds. There are three full bathrooms in total.
The open-concept living area has a stone fireplace, exposed white-painted rafters, large windows, wood finishes and leather accents. The kitchen has marble countertops, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dishes, with a dining table nearby. A private balcony offers Deer Valley mountain views, and the home has a private hot tub.
Facilities include air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, television, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a grill, a private entrance and garage parking. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided.
