House rules

Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages and ski gear directly to the home is not permitted. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require electronically signed Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange a paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays greater than 30 nights require additional paid cleaning. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For cancellation before the 110-day cutoff, the initial payment is refunded less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. Cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from the Park City InvitedHome team and is subject to availability. A credit card must be on file before arrival instructions are released.

Getting there

Deer Valley Resort skiing is within walking distance. Ski shuttle service and bus-route access are available. A maximum of two cars is permitted at the property. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
