House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is nine guests. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require confirmation and reservation assistance from the Guest Experience team. Date-dependent minimum stays range from two to seven nights during the published October 2026–March 2028 periods.
Getting there
Four-wheel drive is required during winter. Garage parking is limited to one car. Big Sky Base Area is less than a mile away, about a three-minute drive. A shuttle stop is directly outside; free Big Sky Connect app shuttle service provides front-door pickup for the resort, shops and restaurants. Lake Levinsky is directly across the street. The penthouse is reached by elevator.
