The house

The top-floor condo is reached by elevator and has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The great room has large picture windows, leather seating, a gas fireplace and a television. A covered balcony provides outdoor furniture, a grill and mountain views.

The equipped kitchen includes a French-door refrigerator with freezer drawer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster and an island seating four. The adjacent dining area seats up to ten. A stacked washer and dryer are outside the bedrooms, and a small gym room has a treadmill and elliptical. Starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, fireplace and private bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. A bunk bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk and access to a shared bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed respectively, each with a private shower bathroom. The home has no air conditioning.

Community facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, shared hot tub, barbecue area, fire pit and an open courtyard with views of Lone Peak. One reserved space is available in the heated garage. Big Sky Base Area is less than a mile away, about a three-minute drive, and Lake Levinsky is directly across the street. A shuttle stop is directly outside, and the free Big Sky Connect app shuttle offers front-door pickup for Big Sky Resort, shops and restaurants.
