House rules
Maximum occupancy is 12. Everyone must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and outdoor fires are prohibited. The pizza oven cannot be used because of local fire bans. Dogs require advance approval, with a maximum of two and non-refundable fees of $150 per animal for cleaning plus $50/night per animal. A $3,500.00 credit-card preauthorization is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear must not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local office address is available on request for $45 per package. Luggage and skis can only be shipped for guest pickup, and additional UPS fees may apply. Stays exceeding eight days require scheduling and payment for an In-Stay Refresh. Reservations require electronic signature of the terms and conditions. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from the Breckenridge InvitedHome team and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared.
Getting there
Winter driving to the home can be difficult; ensure all vehicles have 4WD and/or winter tires. Parking is limited to five cars. Quandary Peak Trail and McCullough Gulch Trail are less than five minutes away.
