- Main kitchen with cooking basics, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and kitchen island. The lower level has a kitchenette and the included garage apartment has a kitchen. The breezeway has a grill; the pizza oven is unavailable due to fire bans.

- Wi-Fi
- Free Wi-Fi; service can be spotty because of the remote location. Bring board games and movies in case service is weak.
- Parking
- Free parking for a maximum of five cars.
- Workspace
- Office, desk/workspace and printer; Bedroom Two also has a desk and chair.
- Pets allowed
- Up to two dogs may be allowed only with final approval from InvitedHome. Submit details by text message or email when booking, including plans to bring a pet, emotional support animal or service animal. Approved pets incur a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee per animal and $50/night rental fee per animal, added after approval.
Connectivity
InternetWi-Fi advertised at 100 Mbps; service can be spotty due to the remote location.
