House rules
Intended for families and guests over 20 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A supplement applies to the fifth and sixth guests; consult the advertiser for possible charges. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
Getting there
The house has two floors and partial privacy. The upper terrace is accessed from one bedroom. Arenal de Sa Ràpita is 1.1 km away; the Av. Miramar bus stop is 650 m away. Parking is limited to one outdoor space.
