The house

The house has an 80 m² terrace at the back and around the building, a 45 m² upper-floor terrace accessed from one bedroom, and a furnished 13.6 m² front porch. Privacy is partial. Outdoor facilities include sun loungers and a barbecue, with one free outdoor parking space.

The lounge has a television and a wood-burning cooker and shares its space with the dining area. The open kitchen includes a gas cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A separate laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is free; fans, towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes. A cot and high chair are available. There are two complete bathrooms with showers.

Sa Ràpita has a marina and local services. Nearby beaches include Es Trenc, Platja de Ses Covetes and Platja de Sa Ràpita. Arenal de Sa Ràpita is 1.1 km away, and the Av. Miramar bus stop is 650 m away. A supermarket and pharmacy are each 350 m away.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 20 seeking a peaceful stay. A supplement applies to the fifth and sixth guests. Pets, smoking, parties and events are not allowed.
