Before you book
House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10, including infants and babies. The booking guest must be at least 21. Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Be considerate of neighbors; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bring firewood and ping-pong paddles and balls. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking. Golf-cart rentals are subject to availability; request early.
Getting there
The beach is a few blocks away. A golf cart, bike or car is recommended when carrying beach bags and chairs. Entry to the house is upstairs. Parking accommodates four vehicles or golf carts; boat parking is on the rocks in front of the fence. Nearby construction and community projects may be audible or visible. Mosquitoes and other pests can be plentiful at certain times of year.
