The house

Built in 2020, the home has more than 1,500 square feet of coastal farmhouse-style interiors. The upstairs living area includes a sofa, side chairs and a flat-screen TV. An open kitchen, dining and living layout includes kitchen-island bar stools, quartz counters and a kitchen equipped with cookware and dishes for 10. Heating, air conditioning, linens and towels are provided.

The king and queen bedrooms each have a private ensuite bathroom, closet, TV and access to a private balcony. A third bedroom has four twin beds in built-in bunk style and a closet. The fourth has two twin beds in built-in bunk style with a work desk underneath. The bunk rooms share a hallway bathroom. A washer and dryer are in the kitchen/dining area.

The outdoor space includes a private cocktail pool, outdoor shower, ping-pong table, corn hole, fire pit with chairs, outdoor sofa, bar cart, grill, cooler and party lights. Bring wood for the fire pit and paddles and balls for ping-pong. Pool heating is currently unavailable.

The house is just off Alister in Old Town, between the beach and restaurants, shopping and live music. The beach is a few blocks away; a golf cart, bike or car is recommended when carrying beach equipment. Parking accommodates four vehicles or golf carts, with additional boat parking on the rocks in front of the fence.
