The house

The house is steps from the beach, with water views, a private sandy area leading to the beach, an upper deck off the second floor, a large rear deck and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Shops, restaurants and bars are nearby.

Inside are a living room and a dine-in kitchen with water views. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, toaster, pot coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishes, silverware and cookware. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, the third has six twin/single beds, and the enclosed loft sleeping area has two twin/single beds. All four sleeping areas have air conditioning; the first bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom. All three bathrooms have showers, and one also has a tub.

Facilities include central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, television and Smart TV, a speaker system, linens, towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. Outdoor equipment includes patio furniture, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler and bicycle. There is a private entrance and driveway parking for four cars. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
