The house

The home has an open-plan living area with multiple indoor seating and dining areas, large windows overlooking greenery, and a kitchen with appliances, a microwave, coffee maker and a large island with breakfast-bar seating. A work-from-home nook and ping-pong table are available. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a television, washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Outside, greenery surrounds the private setting on a quiet block. The patio and balcony offer several sitting areas, outdoor dining, a gas barbecue and a gas fire pit. Complimentary bikes and paddle boards are available for guest use, along with free on-property parking.

Two bedrooms are on the first/main floor and two are upstairs. Each has air conditioning and a standard closet. The first-floor full bathroom has a shower/tub combination; the upstairs full bathroom has a shower. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
