The house

Montauk Mirage has an open layout with multiple sitting and dining areas, a living room with a fireplace and TV, and a kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave and appliances. Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided. A work-from-home space and sauna are available.

The backyard has a private heated pool, an expansive deck with a gas BBQ, outdoor dining and seating, an outdoor shower and a ping-pong table. Bikes, kayaks and paddleboards are available, and parking is free. Pool use is generally seasonal.

All four bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house and have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double/full bed, a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom and streaming TV. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony/deck. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and a balcony/deck. The house has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, all on the first/main floor; all full bathrooms have showers, and one also has a tub.

The home is close to central Montauk, Ditch Plains Beach, Shadmoor State Park and Montauk Downs State Park Golf Course. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
