The house

This approximately 5,300-square-foot home sits on a private block and accommodates up to 10 guests. An open floor plan includes multiple sitting and dining areas with water views. An expansive deck and balconies provide outdoor dining and a gas barbecue.

Four bedrooms are on the first/main floor and one is on the second floor. Each has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom and television. Bedrooms 1 and 5 have walk-in closets; bedrooms 2–4 have standard closets. Bedroom 1 has cable and streaming, bedroom 2 has cable and satellite, and bedrooms 3–5 have cable. The eight bathrooms comprise seven full bathrooms and one half bathroom, distributed across the main, second and lower levels; two main-floor bathrooms include tubs.

Facilities include a kitchen, microwave, Wi-Fi, work-from-home space, heating, fireplace, gym equipment, washer and dryer. Outdoor amenities include the private heated pool, seasonal hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit, patio and ping-pong table. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The home welcomes families; no crib is provided, and it is not wheelchair accessible.

Montauk town, beaches and state parks are minutes away. Nearby beaches include Ditch Plains, Gin Beach, South Edison, Hither Hills State Park Beach and Kirk Park Beach. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
