The house

The house has an open living area, an eat-in kitchen and sliding doors to a sun deck and a spacious yard leading down to a sandy lakeside beach. Lake views and sunsets can be enjoyed from the property, which is offered for year-round stays. Decor and furnishings have been updated.

The oversized primary suite has windows overlooking the water and a private bathroom. A second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. All four bedrooms and three full shower bathrooms are on the main floor. An additional waterside guest room or den provides a separate space.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated outdoor pool with an attached hot tub, an outdoor shower, an uncovered deck/patio, two lounge chairs, patio furniture, a wood-burning fire pit and a paddle board. Indoors, there is central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and cable and smart television. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee equipment including a Keurig, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The house has a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
