House rules
Maximum occupancy is 20 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $5,600.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $45 per package; luggage and skis must be collected by the guest, and additional UPS fees may apply. Contact the Reservation Team for shipping arrangements. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled In-Stay Refresh and additional payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional scheduled cleaning and payment. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Breckenridge InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is prepared for arrival.
Getting there
The free town shuttle for skiing and downtown is a short walk away. A 4WD vehicle is required on the driveway in winter. Parking is limited to five cars, and five cars may require shuffling in winter to exit the driveway. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
