The house

Mont Vista Chateau is a 6,327-square-foot family home with eight bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Four bedrooms each have a king bed; the fifth has two queen beds; the sixth has a queen bed and a bunk bed; and the seventh and eighth each have a queen bed.

The home has two equipped kitchens, a dining table, a fireplace, a game room with a pool table, and a movie room with a 65-inch flat-screen TV. A large deck and a private eight-person hot tub provide outdoor relaxation space. An office and desk/workspace, free Wi-Fi, ski storage, a washer and dryer, heating, linens and towels are available. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a standard drip coffee maker.

The free town shuttle is a short walk away for access to skiing and downtown. Free parking is available for a maximum of five cars. A 4WD vehicle is required on the driveway in winter, and five cars may need to be shuffled to leave the driveway. Long-term stays are allowed.
