Monkey House

Monkey House has a king-size bed, air conditioning, a fan, storage, a safe, bed linen and a 60-inch TV with Claro and access to your own streaming platforms. The bathroom has a hot-water shower, hairdryer, bath and pool towels and welcome toiletries. The covered outdoor kitchen has a gas stove, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware and utensils. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are provided, and tap water is potable. Daily cleaning and bed making are included; bed linen is changed weekly during extended stays. A private terrace and heated hot tub are reserved exclusively for Monkey House guests. Shared estate facilities include a pool, an ocean-facing Rancho with a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, dining areas, TV and foosball, tropical gardens with ponds and bridges, and an observation tower with panoramic Pacific views and a telescope. A three-level natural waterfall is accessible within the estate. Monkeys, toucans and other wildlife frequent the grounds. The estate has public-network and well water supplies and a generator for prolonged power outages. A children's play area includes a treehouse, zip line, slide and trampoline. Optional breakfast must be reserved the previous day. Brunch, on-site massages, a private chef, pre-arrival shopping, tours, celebration touches and personalized private events can be arranged by reservation for an additional fee.
