The house

The home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and several sitting areas across four levels. Its open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has high ceilings and extensive windows. The kitchen includes an island with high-top seating, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. An additional large living space has its own kitchen and bathroom. Bathrooms feature white marble.

Indoor facilities include a wood-burning fireplace, sectional seating, a media room with a pool table, televisions, a baby grand Steinway piano, a Sonos speaker system and stretching/yoga equipment. Central air conditioning, heating, bed linens, towels, a washer and dryer are provided. The equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated saltwater gunite pool, hot tub, swim-up bar connected to a sunken dry bar under a tiki roof, deck with umbrellas and lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen, gas grill, wood-burning fire pit and hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The grounds include a chipping green with sand traps, a private beach volleyball court and a fenced backyard. Tennis rackets, one adult bicycle and a cooler are available.

The primary bedroom is on the fourth floor with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms are on the second floor: one with two queen beds, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. An enclosed lower-level additional sleeping area has a double/full bed, a king bed, a queen bed, a television and an ensuite bathroom. The four bathrooms include one with a shower and tub and three with showers.

Ditch Plains is a five-minute drive or five-minute bike ride away; Culloden Beach/Marina is a four-minute drive away. Montauk Village is a five-minute drive away, and Gotham Tennis is a short walk away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
