House rules

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties or antisocial behaviour. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment and building; fines may apply. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Return outdoor cushions to the shelf under the TV. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link is required after booking; check-in details are released only after successful verification. At checkout, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and additional charges; reserving the preceding or following night, when available, guarantees the corresponding extended access. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses provides claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.

Getting there

Manly Beach and Manly Corso are each a 3-minute, 250 m walk away. Freshwater Beach is a 7-minute, 3.1 km drive away. Sydney Airport is approximately a 38-minute drive away. Access requires stairs, and the bedroom is on the upper level. The apartment is not safe or suitable for children because of the high balcony. There is no on-site parking.
