The house

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area opening directly onto a compact beach-view balcony with outdoor furniture. The living room includes a couch, smart TV with streaming options and a three-seat dining table. Air conditioning is available in the living room.

The upper-level bedroom has one queen bed, built-in wardrobe space, a Dyson cooling fan and an ensuite bathroom. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup is provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, silverware and wine glasses. Guests have access to the entire apartment, plus the communal rooftop outdoor pool and BBQ. A shared, coin-operated washer and dryer are on the rooftop, accessed via level 9.

Wi-Fi, heating, towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, iron and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. Safety equipment includes a smoke detector, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. The building has an elevator, but access to the property still requires stairs.

Manly Beach and Manly Corso are each a 3-minute, 250 m walk away. Bus stops on Belgrave Street are a short walk away, with services to neighbouring Northern Beaches suburbs and the CBD. Freshwater Beach is a 7-minute, 3.1 km drive away, and Sydney Airport is approximately a 38-minute drive away. Long-term stays are also allowed.
